The true "VALUE " of a total precast concrete building is not restricted to just the mega corporations.
Prestressed concrete walls, Hollowcore floor and roof slabs were selected for the 2600 SF office building and 10,000 SF truck wash structure for quality, performance, savings, and increased value in the company assets.
White cement was used on all of the insulated, load bearing exterior wall panels, grey cement on all of the interior load bearing wall panels, and 8 and 12 deep hollowcore slabs for the mezzanine and roof.
