Load bearing, insulated, 9 thick, prestressed concrete wall panels were selected as the perimeter wall material after evaluation of many other building materials. The intergenerational quality of the panels, accelerated construction schedule, 12-0 wide prestressed concrete wall panel module, integrated thermal package, all contributed to the quality oriented, economical wall system. The structure is approximately 780 x 550 with a typical wall height of about 40-0. 240 pieces of 12-0 module wall panels contributed to less installation time, less connections, less caulking and less expense. The use of self-consolidating concrete (SCC) produced a very smooth exterior surface ready for after installation treatment. Lines of rustication are molded into the panels to contribute to the personal statement of the architecture.
